SHIPPING & RETURNS
Catzorange ships from Berlin, Germany.
All pieces are made to order and generally leave our studio within 2-3 business days from purchase date. Once your order leaves the studio you will get a notification email with your tracking number and delivery information. Should you need an order expedited contact us with your request and we will do our best to get your piece to you as fast as possible. Orders will be shipped via DHL unless otherwise stated.
The shipping prices do not include duty or customs fees that your country may charge. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them. If you have any questions about shipping methods or placing an international order, please send an email and we will help you as best we can. Catzorange is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Worldwide: DHL, 9 EUR
Europe: DHL - 3-5 Days, 9 EUR
Germany: DHL - 1-2 Days, Free
In case you don’t love it, you can exchange or return your order for a full refund. We accept returns within 20 days from the delivery date. All items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To arrange a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. We will then provide you with a return shipping label via Email. Once your return reaches our studio we will give you a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
Please note that orders outside the EU are not eligible for complimentary returns.
