Catzorange is a small studio and family run business.
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase!

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with USPS (domestic + international). All orders are made to order and generally leave our Brooklyn studio once a week.
Once your orders leaves the studio you will get a notification via email with your tracking number and delivery information.

Should you need an order expedited contact us with your request and we will do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible.

The shipping prices do not include duty or customs charges that your country may charge. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for them. If you are unsure about shipping methods or placing an international order, please send an email to studio@catzorange.com so that we can work out your best option. If you choose not to accept your shipment, you will be charged the shipping and return costs. Catzorange is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece you order is unique and we want you to be happy with your purchase :)

In case you are unhappy and want to return an item, you can email us within 3 days of receipt of the package to arrange a return. Returns must be shipped back to the
Catzorange studio in Brooklyn, New York within one week of contacting us. 

All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Catzorange is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.  

SAMPLE SALE: All Sales are final.
