Catzorange is a small studio and family run business.
The process of making our products takes time and patience, thats why it might sometimes takes a few days until your order leaves our studio.
We want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase!
DOMESTIC: All items will be shipped via USPS from New York unless otherwise noted. Please allow 5-7 business days once the order is processed for shipment. Should you need an order expedited contact us with your request and we will do our best to get your products to you as fast as possible, additional shipping charges may apply. Catzorange is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
INTERNATIONAL: For international orders, you may be responsible for custom duty depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately Catzorange has no control over these charges and is not responsible for the payment of this duty. If you choose not to accept your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Catzorange studio. Catzorange is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If you are unsure about shipping methods and ordering from outside the U.S. please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work out your best option.
Each piece you order is unique. Variations in color and shape are a result of the unique process and are part of each bag’s individual beauty.
We want you to be happy with your bag. In case you are unhappy and want to return an item, we will gladly exchange unworn and unused merchandise. Email the studio within 3 days of receipt of package to receive a return authorization. Returns must be shipped back to the Catzorange studio in Brooklyn, New York within 2 days of authorization.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging attached. You as the buyer are responsible for any return shipping costs. Catzorange is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
